SGKPA Useful Info

Patientline (the TV and telephone service at patient beds) is free following a payment made on your behalf by the St George's KPA.

Kidney patients do not have to pay for parking at St. George's. You need to have a special pass which you have to get from the Estate and Facilities office. This is in Lanesborough Wing. Do not try to park for free without this pass or without receiving your exit ticket from Security

To obtain your pass, go to the Estates and Facilities office. Coming from the main entrance (Grosvenor Wing), walk toward Lanesborough, along the main corridor on the ground floor. Take the service corridor on your left ( just after the old Pharmacy, before you get to Lanesborough scanning department).

Go to the end of the service corridor and then turn right and walk along this corridor almost to the end. Following the signs for 'Estates and Facilities' take the door on the left and follow the signs to the lift or the stairs. Go up to the 2nd floor then turn to the right after you come out of the lift and go right round the corner and up the ramp to the office. Kidney patients can go anytime between 9.30am and 3pm to get their photo taken and a pass issued.

Then every time you park, take the ticket from the machine, as normal. When you're ready to leave take the ticket with your pass, to the Security desk at the Main Entrance, who will give you a free exit ticket.
