First online patient information update receives great feedback

August 10 2020
Over 50 people attended and gave us great feedback. We'll be in touch in the coming weeks about future sessions driven by what you want to hear about. Dr Banerjee, Dr Popoola and Dr Vazir covered questions about post-shielding, clinic and medical advice, as well as ad hoc questions.

33 of our 50 participants returned the survey that we took showing high levels of satisfaction, a desire for more targeted sessions and an interest in video consultations with clinicians. A full summary of the findings can be found in below.

As promised in the meeting, I am providing you, with all the information and links. These include:

  • A link to the video recording of the meeting (you can only get to this recording from the website)
  • A file with all the presentation material, all the questions asked and a brief summary of the answers.
  • A presentation of the feedback survey (poll) letting us know what you thought of the meeting and other.
  • Links to sites mentioned in the meeting.
